Inn Retreat Booking Terms & Conditions

Reservation Deposit
To secure your spot at the Inn Retreat, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed.
Final Payment & Refunds
The remaining balance is due no later than at the time the retreat begins.
If you need to cancel more than 6 weeks before the retreat, we will provide a full refund of 50% of the total retreat cost. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 6 weeks prior to the retreat are non-refundable.
Retreat Cancellation by Inn Retreat
If we are required to cancel the retreat for any reason, we will issue a full refund of all payments, including the deposit. However, please note that we cannot cover personal expenses such as travel costs, visa fees, or other related expenses.
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, injury, or travel disruptions. While we have our own cancellation policy, insurance offers an extra layer of security.
